These terms cover this website — the pages you are reading and the enquiry form on them. Via Interiors is responsible for it.

What this website is

It shows the studio’s work and lets you start a conversation with us. It is not a shop: nothing on these pages takes a payment, and sending the form on the contact page does not book a project, reserve our time, agree a fee, or oblige either of us to anything. It is a message.

Using the site

You are welcome to read it, share it, and write to us through it. Please do not use the form to send anything unlawful, to impersonate somebody else, or to send automated or bulk submissions.

What we promise, and what we do not

We keep what is written here as accurate as we can, and we correct it when it is wrong. Photographs show completed work and are not a promise that your project will look the same or cost the same. Anything on these pages is an invitation to enquire rather than a binding offer.

We do not promise the site is available without interruption. It is hosted software, and hosted software has outages.

The work itself

A design project is agreed separately and in writing. Fees, timescales, revisions, ownership of drawings and how either side may stop are set out in that agreement, not on this page.

Your enquiry

When you send the form we read it and reply. What we collect and where it goes is set out in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

Our work and other people’s

The photographs, text and design here belong to Via Interiors or are used with permission — please ask before republishing them. Where this site links somewhere else, that place has its own terms and we are not responsible for what it says or does.

Changes

If these terms change, the changed version appears on this page. Continuing to use the site after that is how you accept it.
